In the more than 20 years since its inception, this event, managed by the Greater Bentonville Area Chamber of Commerce, has grown into a premier opportunity for women at all stages of their careers to convene and connect. Now, with an eye toward the emerging demands of a post-pandemic workplace, we’re proud to introduce BWC Assemble. A quarterly series of conversations, led by C-suite level women, BWC Assemble is designed to inspire, empower, and motivate.
Each session will cover a given theme and will include opportunities for networking, live Q+A, and a featured non-profit serving women in our region. Thanks to the support of our sponsors, BWC Assemble programming will be available at no-cost to educators, students, and entrepreneurs. We’re excited to further extend this offer to the NWA Chapter of N.E.W. and to women’s resource groups at Walmart, J.B. Hunt and Tyson Foods.
WHAT'S NEXT: Tuesday, December 6

Attendees will gain a better understanding of actionable steps they can take ,both within their companies and as individuals, to help foster a diverse and equitable talent pipeline in the field.
