Monday, Sept. 13 - Celebrate!

  • 5:30-7:30 PM - Kickoff Celebration - Join us for the Kickoff Celebration with over 50 vendors and 700 attendees. Grab a drink and snack and get to networking. The Kickoff will be hosted at 5100 W JB Hunt Drive, 2nd floor on the outdoor terrace. Each attendee will receive a bag they can fill during the vendor fair with promotional items from our sponsors.

Tuesday, Sept. 14 - Corporate Focus

They will walk us through what changes Walmart has implemented over the last few years and how other companies can follow suite in DEI efforts and solving systemic problems in the work force.

  • 12:05-1:00 PM - Lunch & Awards - Join us for lunch as we honor Catherine Grubbs, the 2021 Woman of the Year and Bianca Montoya, the 2021 Emerging Leader of the Year!

  • 1:00-2:00 PM - Panel Discussion - Mercy Hospital Leadership Team - Join us for a panel discussion with the Leadership of Mercy Hospital. They will walk us through how leadership is evolving in a post-pandemic world as we all get back to in person experiences.
