Come and hear our distinguished panelist's words of wisdom, successes, and failures and how they were motivated by someone special who encouraged and advised them along their journey and fueled their desire to give back. Mentors can come in a formal environment, where you are paired with a specific Mentor/Mentee relationship, you can reach out and ask someone you respect, or they can organically grow. Mentors share life experiences, listen intently, care greatly for others, and have a drive to make a positive impact in their community. Mentees are often striving to cultivate new relationships, develop new skills, and seek support during a time of growth and change.
